The SRL-Z hot and cold mixing unit is an automatic integrated plastic compounding system independently developed by Jiajiali Machinery. It combines high-speed hot mixing and low-speed cooling mixing functions to realize continuous automatic feeding, heating compounding, dispersion modification, cooling and discharging. Equipped with PLC intelligent control system and high-precision temperature sensors, the unit ensures uniform plastic plasticization and effectively prevents high-temperature material deterioration and caking. This hot and cold mixing machine is specially designed for standardized PVC compounding, widely used in PVC pipe, profile, sheet and cable material mass production lines.
