The SRL-W horizontal hot and cold mixing unit is an upgraded high-output compounding equipment launched by Jiajiali Machinery. Different from traditional vertical mixing units, it adopts a horizontal large-area heat dissipation structure to achieve faster and more uniform cooling effect. The equipment realizes high-speed hot mixing dispersion and low-speed horizontal cooling storage, effectively solving material caking, color difference and uneven cooling problems in high-volume production. With low noise, low wear and easy maintenance, this horizontal mixing unit is specially suitable for high-end PVC products, modified plastics and large-batch plastic compounding industries.
